Kashan leads construction delivery, programme and cost control. He coordinates the practical decisions that move a scheme from design into construction, working closely with consultants and contractors to maintain quality, manage risk and keep the commercial objective in view.

An experienced team supports the day-to-day control of operations, development, construction and planning. Clear ownership of each discipline keeps decisions informed and delivery coordinated.
Susan coordinates day-to-day operations across the business, keeping information, appointments and project actions moving between founders, consultants and delivery teams. She maintains the practical rhythm behind each scheme, from early due diligence through live construction, and provides clear oversight of priorities, records and follow-ups so decisions are made with the right information at hand.
Fawad manages the detail between acquisition and construction, coordinating surveys, design information, consultant input and statutory requirements. He tracks the assumptions established at appraisal, challenges emerging risks and keeps the project team aligned around an achievable programme. His role helps translate the development strategy into a clear, coordinated package ready for delivery.
Mike oversees activity on live refurbishment sites, coordinating contractors, sequencing and quality control against the agreed scope. He monitors progress, identifies practical issues early and maintains a disciplined record of site decisions. Working closely with the founders and professional team, he helps protect programme, workmanship and cost throughout construction.
Steve advises on planning strategy, policy and the presentation of development proposals. He reviews the constraints and opportunities around existing buildings, supports early engagement and coordinates the material needed for well-founded applications. His input helps ensure that design ambition, local context and commercial viability are considered together from the outset.
